Frankfurt Group Transfers for Messe, Airport and Rail
Frankfurt puts its airport, a city-centre Messe and the busiest station in Hesse within about 13 km of one another. Most legs are short; the stopping rules are tight.
At the airport: P36 and P62
Coaches load at P36 beside Terminal 1, about 5 minutes on foot from arrivals, or briefly in the charter lane P62 at Terminal 3, which is for loading only and never for waiting. P36 allows up to 3 hours and cannot be reserved. Airlines keep moving between terminals, so plan from the terminal on each booking; the SkyLine links Terminals 1 and 3.
The run to the Römerberg is about 13 km, 15 to 20 minutes in light traffic. Delegates coming in by ICE can use the long-distance station at Terminal 1, so a mixed air-and-rail group can still share one pickup.

Messe Frankfurt gates
The fair grounds sit between the Westend, Bockenheim and the Europaviertel, with vehicle gates Tor West, Tor Nord, Tor Ost and Tor Süd. Tor West, Tor Nord and the Rebstock car park are reachable from the A5 without a green sticker. Messe Frankfurt publishes no coach rules for visitor groups, so each stop is agreed with the venue through the operator.
For coaches that wait out a fair day, the free Busparkplatz Breitenbachbrücke in Bockenheim, north-west of the grounds, has 35 places and no time limit. Hamburger Allee 14 offers two short stops close to the halls. Airport hotels at The Squaire and Gateway Gardens make a short morning loop to the Messe.

Inside the motorway ring
The A5, A3 and A661 enclose the Umweltzone, the motorways themselves staying outside: green sticker for every vehicle, foreign ones too, and no general coach exemption. There has never been a diesel ban. Most coach places, even 15-minute stops, are paid by mobile phone parking, and none can be booked.
Evenings in the Altstadt
For a dinner near the Römer, coaches set down at Berliner Straße / Paulskirche (6 places, 15 minutes at most); Am Pfarrturm serves the Kaiserdom. For a long wait, Theodor-Stern-Kai in Sachsenhausen has 22 untimed places, kept for coaches from 08:00 to 20:00. Works inside the Hauptbahnhof change the walking routes to the platforms, so add time when collecting a group off a train.
Planner questions
Can a coach wait at Terminal 3?
No. Lane P62 is for getting on and off and loading luggage only. Waiting happens at P36 by Terminal 1, up to 3 hours.
How does a group reach Deutsche Bank Park by coach?
Coaches park on Parkplatz PC (Gleisdreieck) with a coach ticket booked in advance through the stadium's parking pre-booking. Overnight stays are not allowed.
Which evening trips fit after a fair day?
Wiesbaden is about 39 km and Mainz about 41 km, each under an hour. Heidelberg, about 91 km, makes a long evening once drivers' hours are counted.
