Transfer Services for Groups on a Schedule
The core job is getting people from an arrival point to where they need to be on time. Each service page below covers one kind of movement and the rules that shape it.
Airport transfers come first
Most bookings start or end at an airport, so the rules for each terminal sit at the centre of our planning. The facts below show how differently the main airports handle coaches.
Rules that set the timetable
- At München airport, barrier-controlled areas in the forecourts of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are kept for commercial coaches; for longer waits, coaches use coach park P53 at the Besucherpark
- At Köln/Bonn airport, the coach terminal (Fernbusbahnhof P32) next to Terminal 2 takes registered coaches; planned arrivals are registered at least 24 hours ahead, and layovers and driver rest breaks are not allowed there
- Bremerhaven's cruise terminal is about 72 km by road from Bremen airport and about 193 km from Hamburg airport; Warnemünde's is about 195 km from Hamburg airport and about 264 km from BER
Beyond the airport run
Trade fairs need hotel-to-hall loops for the whole fair. Corporate events add venue runs and evening returns. Sports teams travel with kit and a kick-off time. Cruise transfers link ship and airport. Accessible transport needs the right vehicle booked, since the EU assistance rights cover scheduled services, not private hire.
Planner questions
Can one booking cover several services?
Yes. An arrival transfer, daily Messe loops and a dinner run can sit in one plan and one quote.
Do you arrange guides or tickets?
No. We arrange vehicles with drivers; guides, tickets and venue bookings stay with you or your DMC.
Is a car with driver available for single executives?
Yes. A Mietwagen with driver carries up to 8 passengers and is always booked in advance.
