Our role: we arrange, we do not operate

Professional coach hire services across Germany offering comfortable transport for corporate groups, tours, airport transfers, events, schools, weddings and private group travel. is a booking service. We take your trip details, ask coach and car operators that hold the authorisation and insurance their transport requires to quote for it, and arrange the booking with the operator whose quote you accept. We act as an intermediary: we do not own vehicles or employ drivers. The partner operator carries out the transport, provides the vehicle and driver, and is responsible for performing the trip.

We are not a tour organiser and do not sell package travel. What you book is the transport, not a trip with accommodation or other services.

Quotes

A quote covers the vehicle, the driver and the trip as you described it. It states what is included, how long it is valid and the cancellation terms that apply. Parking charges, tolls abroad, ferry crossings and venue charges are shown on the quote where they apply. If the trip changes after the quote, the price may change, and we will tell you before anything is charged.

Booking and payment

A booking is made only when we confirm it to you in text form, for example by email, after you accept the quote. Nothing is charged before you accept. Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store full card numbers.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on the operator and the vehicle, and they are written on your quote before you pay. To change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as you can using the details on your confirmation.

The German rules on distance contracts do not apply to contracts for the carriage of passengers (§ 312(2) no. 14 BGB), so there is no statutory right of withdrawal; the cancellation terms on your quote apply instead.

Your part

Give accurate addresses, times, flight or sailing details and passenger numbers, and tell us in advance about wheelchairs, child seats and bulky luggage. Passengers follow the driver's safety instructions and the law, and wear seat belts where they are fitted. Drivers must keep to the EU rules on driving and rest times, which can shape long days.

Responsibility for the trip

The partner operator is responsible for the vehicle, the driver and the safe performance of the trip. We are responsible for arranging and handling your booking with due care. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If something does not go as agreed, email premiercoachhiregermany@pm.me so we can sort it out. If we cannot reach agreement, you can go to the courts.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory rules.

We may change these terms. The version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that booking.
