We plan and book ground transport for groups that have somewhere to be: delegations, exhibitors, crews, teams and inbound tour groups moving between German airports, stations, hotels and venues. Licensed partner operators supply every vehicle and driver.
Who does what on a booking
Our part: read the brief, build the movement plan, find a partner with the right vehicles free on your dates, have the job quoted, confirm it and pass on every change, from a delayed flight to an extra hotel stop. The operator's part: the vehicle, the driver, the driving within the legal hours, the airport registration where one is needed, and the job on the day.
Keeping the two apart is deliberate. You get one contact who knows the whole plan, and each run is handled by a company that holds the authorisation to carry passengers.

What a partner operator brings
Bus work for hire in Germany falls under the Personenbeförderungsgesetz (PBefG), and occasional services such as a hired coach need an authorisation. Coach drivers hold a category D licence and the professional driver qualification, shown as code 95. A car with driver runs under the Mietwagen rules: it takes only pre-booked jobs and its driver holds a passenger-transport permit. The partner keeps these in order; we check that the vehicle offered fits the job.
What you will not find here
No price list, because every movement plan is quoted on its own. No promise of a vehicle in a few minutes, because each job is booked in advance. And no operator names on the site: the partner is named on your confirmation.

No. We are a booking service. The vehicle and driver come from a licensed partner operator, named on your confirmation.
Can you take a brief in German or English?
Yes. The site runs in both languages, and a brief in either is fine.
Who do I call on the day?
Your confirmation states the contact for the day and how changes are passed to the driver.
