Airport, Station and Messe Transfers for Groups in Germany
A delegation landing at Frankfurt, a crew changing planes in Munich, a tour group stepping off the ICE in Cologne: we plan the road side of each movement and book it with licensed partner operators, in vehicles from a car with driver to a full-size coach.
We plan and book; partners drive
We are a booking service, not a bus company. Every vehicle comes from a licensed, insured partner operator that employs the driver and runs the job on the day. Our side is the logistics: turning a flight list into runs, matching vehicles to headcounts and luggage, passing on changes and staying your one contact until the last drop.
The work we are built for runs to a timetable: congress arrivals spread over a morning, a Messe stand team shuttling from hotel to hall for five days, an incentive group moving from ICE to coach, a sports team with a fixed kick-off.

Each airport sets its own coach rules
German airports do not share one system. At Frankfurt, coaches wait at bus parking P36, about five minutes on foot from Terminal 1, while the Terminal 3 lane P62 is for loading only. At BER coaches are barred from the terminal forecourts, so groups walk about 400 m from Terminal 1 to Bus Stop B. Düsseldorf sends each coach to a registration point first, where a coordinator times its call to arrivals from the flight number. Köln/Bonn and Stuttgart both expect coaches to be registered in advance.
Nuremberg, Leipzig/Halle, Dresden and Bremen publish no coach pick-up point at all, so the stopping place is fixed with the operator at booking. That is why a request needs flight numbers, not just landing times.
Messe weeks are loops, not single runs
A trade fair is rarely one transfer. It is an arrival wave, a morning loop from several hotels to the halls, an evening return and a departure wave. Each Messe sets its own coach rules: Messe München lets shuttle buses use its bus stops for up to 30 minutes, Messe Stuttgart sits directly beside the airport, and Frankfurt and Düsseldorf publish no coach rules, so the stop is confirmed with the fair's organiser.
Rules that change a route or a rota
Low-emission zones (Umweltzonen) differ city by city: where one applies, every vehicle needs the green sticker, foreign-registered coaches included, while cities such as Hannover have lifted theirs. EU drivers' hours cap wheel time at 9 hours a day, with a 45-minute pause due after 4.5 hours, so a day from an early airport meet to a late gala can need a second driver.
A party of eight or fewer can go by car with driver (Mietwagen), always pre-booked; nine or more means a bus, with a bus licence and its own rules.
Send the plan, get one quote
Send the headcount, flight or train numbers with times, bags per person, every address in order and the session or show times. The quote names the vehicle, the timings it is built on, the waiting included and the cancellation terms. There is no price list, because date, hours, distance and vehicle decide the figure, and nothing is charged until you accept.
Planner questions
Do you operate the vehicles?
No. A licensed partner operator supplies each vehicle and employs the driver. We plan and book the job and remain your contact for it.
Can one booking cover arrivals across a whole day?
Yes. List each flight or train and who is on it; the plan groups passengers into runs, each with its own call time.
Do you handle train arrivals as well as flights?
Yes. An ICE arrival at a Hauptbahnhof or at the Frankfurt, Düsseldorf or Köln/Bonn airport stations is planned the same way as a flight.
