What we process

Details you give us: name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off points, dates and times, flight or sailing details, passenger numbers, accessibility needs you choose to tell us, and your login if you create an account. Card payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal, who tell us only whether the payment went through.

Technical data: browser type, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies as set out in our cookie policy.

Purposes and legal bases

To obtain quotes, arrange your trip and talk to you about it (a contract or steps before one, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To keep accounting and tax records (a legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)). To run the site securely and improve it (our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)). Marketing is sent only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. Health information, such as accessibility needs, is used only to arrange a suitable vehicle, and only with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)).

We need the trip details to obtain a quote; without them we cannot arrange the trip. There is no automated decision-making.

Recipients

The coach and car operators who quote for or carry out your trip. Payment, email and hosting providers acting on our behalf and on our instructions. Authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards the GDPR provides, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to arrange and complete the booking, and beyond that where statutory retention periods, for example under commercial and tax law, require it. Then we delete or anonymise it.

Cookies and similar technologies

We store or read information on your device only with your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG), unless this is strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly asked for (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). Details are in our cookie policy.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). Email premiercoachhiregermany@pm.me to exercise these rights.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular the authority of the German state (Land) where you live or of the state where we have our registered office.
